EquiBaby Return, Exchange, and Defective Merchandise Policy
To return merchandise for an exchange or refund, simply follow the 3 easy steps below:
- Request a RMA (Return Authorization) number by emailing EquiBaby Customer Service Representatives at support@equibaby.com (or by clicking the "Get RMA #" link below) along with the Primary Purchasers Name, Order Number, Item Number, and Reasons for Return. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Return the merchandise, along with the RMA number, to the attention of EquiBaby Customer Service at the address specified within the RMA email. Please also write the RMA number on the outside of the box, above the To: address.
- For an exchange, make your purchases as normal and, on the Check Out Page, simply enter your RMA number in the RMA # field. If you are requesting for a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card account upon the receipt of the return merchandise.
No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA number, please contact EquiBaby.com at support@equibaby.com, or by clicking on the "Get RMA #" link below). RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue. Your RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment (affix a label to the box). Please do not mark the box itself in any way. The returned item must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by EquiBaby.
No returns/exchanges will be accepted more than 21 business days after your invoice date.
Non-Defective Returns Non-defective returns for credit or exchange must be completed within 21 business days of the date of invoice. Due to some manufacturer's policies, the following types of products are not returnable:
- special ordered merchandise (including but not limited to all "Drop Ship" merchandise, furniture, and some oversize merchandise.)
- holiday merchandise with the exceptions of unused, never worn, with tags intact costumes

products related to hygiene and feeding (including but not limited to changing pads, pacifiers, teethers, bottles, cups, utensils, etc.)
A confirmation email with return instructions and any applicable fees will be emailed to you along with your Return Authorization (RMA) number. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Defective Returns
Defective products will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 21 days from receipt. For assistance with manufacturer warranted merchandise, please contact the manufacturers directly. Not sure of the manufacturer? Please ask us by writing to support@equibaby.com.
