2. What forms of payment does EquiBaby accept?

We regret that EquiBaby currently cannot process orders requesting COD, company check, personal check, money order or other payment methods not listed above.
We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
3. What if I want to return an item purchased from EquiBaby?
To return merchandise for an exchange or refund, simply follow the 3 easy steps below:
- Request a RMA (Return Authorization) number by emailing EquiBaby Customer Service Representatives at support@equibaby.com (or by clicking the "Get RMA #" link below) along with the Primary Purchasers Name, Order Number, Item Number, and Reasons for Return. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Return the merchandise, along with the RMA number, to the attention of EquiBaby Customer Service at the address specified within the RMA email. Please also write the RMA number on the outside of the box, above the To: address.
- For an exchange, make your purchases as normal and, on the Check Out Page, simply enter your RMA number in the RMA # field. If you are requesting for a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card account upon the receipt of the return merchandise.
No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA number, please contact EquiBaby.com at support@equibaby.com, or by clicking on the "Get RMA #" link below). RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue. Your RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment (affix a label to the box). Please do not mark the box itself in any way. The returned item must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by EquiBaby.
No returns/exchanges will be accepted more than 21 business days after your invoice date.
Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective returns for credit or exchange must be completed within 21 business days of the date of invoice. Due to some manufacturer's policies, the following types of products are not returnable:
- special ordered merchandise (including but not limited to all "Drop Ship" merchandise, furniture, and some oversize merchandise.)
· holiday merchandise with the exceptions of unused, never worn, with tags intact costumes
- products related to hygiene and feeding (including but not limited to changing pads, pacifiers, teethers, bottles, cups, utensils, etc.)
A confirmation email with return instructions and any applicable fees will be emailed to you along with your Return Authorization (RMA) number. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Defective Returns
Defective products will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 21 days from receipt. For assistance with manufacturer warranted merchandise, please contact the manufacturers directly. Not sure of the manufacturer? Please ask us by writing to support@equibaby.com.
All Seconds, Closeouts and Previously Owned items are sold "as-is" and are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is to say with exception if error is made on behalf of EquiBaby.

4. How much is shipping and how soon can I expect to receive my package?
Shipping is determined by weight and ‘Ship To’ location. Most orders shipped to locations within the United States will be received within 3-5 weekdays (incl. Saturday) from the day they ship. Back to Top

9. How do I know if the product I want to purchase is in stock?
Items not in stock are not available for viewing on the EquiBaby website. There are times when there are two or three items in stock, and the customer wants to order four or more. 16. What is the best way to recycle the packaging that my EquiBaby items were shipped in/with?
EquiBaby has a great respect for the earth and our environment! Remember the three R’s – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (and at times, the necessary “4th” R – Regift!). Please reuse your packing and packaging materials! Ship them. Play with them. Make forts with them. Or please take them to your local recycle center. Contrary to belief, Styrofoam peanuts are recyclable!
Top Five Things To Do With Your Box:
Instead of throwing out that next box that you find lying around your house, why not put it to good use and create one of these fun crafts that are sure to entertain your child for hours and hours! Plus, it's a great way for you and your children to create something together!
In order to create any of these projects, you'll need to have some scraps lying around the house. If you don't have something specifically, then don't be afraid to improvise. Some of the greatest cardboard creations come with a little creative ingenuity.
1. Create a bed for your pet
When you come across a smaller box, why not turn it into the perfect bed for your pet. Real or stuffed, all pets need a cozy place to sleep! Decorate your box with colored paper and markers and clearly label your pets name on the front. Your child will love having that special place for their pet to sleep right in their bedroom!
2. Dream dollhouse
Take a larger sized box with flaps and cut the flaps off the side. Use the flaps to create walls inside of the box for separate rooms. Decorate the outside of the box with scalloped paper and cut out windows then complete the look by either cutting out paper shutters or drawing them on by hand. Your child will love this homemade playhouse for their small toys, and you'll love the look on their face when they see what the two of you have made together!
3. Lemonade anyone?
Turn that giant box into a money making opportunity by creating a lemonade stand for your child. Take your large box and cut off the two large flaps to use for the roof. Then, use four wrapping paper roll tubes to create the supports for your roof. Decorate your lemonade stand with bright colors and make a sign announcing their new business venture. Depending on the stability of your box, you might want to use a small table to help them hold any heavy objects. Whether they're just playing pretend, or selling drinks to their friends, they are going to love this creative idea!
4. Have a puppet showTurn that box into a theatre production by transforming the cardboard into a full sized stage. Turn the box on its side with an open end facing you. Use the bottom flap for the stage floor and use the top flap to create a scalloped top for your stage curtain by sketching and then cutting out the scallop with a box cutter or scissors. Next, sketch out the curtains on the remaining two side flaps, cut them out and fold them inward to create your stage! Decorate with colored paper or markers and then sit back and prepare to be entertained. Don't have any puppets? You can make some of those too by grabbing some old socks and some fabric!
5. Cooking timeTurn a large box into an oven in just a few simple steps. Glue the flaps down to create a sturdy cube shape. In the front of the box, trace out a square and cut out three sides to form a flap for the oven door to open. Glue a paper towel tube to the top of the flap to create a handle for the oven door. On the top of the box, trace out circles to create the burners for the oven. Add extra knobs or buttons to the front to serve as the controls for your child's brand
new play oven then sit back and enjoy all the good
food they can cook up!
